A few tornadoes likely with a couple intense tornadoes possible Scattered large hail and isolated very large hail events to 2.5 inches in diameter likely Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph likely SUMMARY...Scattered to numerous severe thunderstorms are forecast to develop this afternoon across the Watch area. Supercells capable of tornadoes, large to very large hail, and severe gusts are forecast. A strong tornado or two is possible later this afternoon, mainly across portions of north-central Kansas into south-central Nebraska as the environment becomes increasingly favorable for tornadoes.
