  border out to 20 nm...

  Coastal waters from Parramore Island to Cape Charles Light VA out

  20 nm...



* Until 1130 PM EDT.



* At 1028 PM EDT, observations indicated gusty winds in association 

  with a mesoscale area of high pressure in the wake of the 

  thunderstorms. These gusty winds will last 30 to 60 minutes before 

  diminishing.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Observations.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.
