* At 802 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

  extending from near Quinby Inlet to 1st Island Bay Bridge, moving

  southeast at 45 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.
