  Saginaw Bay...



* Until 445 PM EDT.



* At 308 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

  extending from 13 nm northwest of Pinconning to 7 nm southwest of

  The Mouth Of The Saginaw River to 29 nm south of Quanicassee,

  moving northeast at 45 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.

  The Mouth Of The Saginaw River, Bay City Liberty Harbor, and 

  Pinconning around 315 PM EDT.
