* At 430 PM PDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Soberanes

  Point, or 83 nm northwest of Morro Bay, moving northeast at 25

  knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.
