* Until noon EDT.



* At 1026 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

  extending from Air Force Reef to 7 nm east of Kiawah Reef, moving

  northeast at 50 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.
