* At 310 PM EDT, a strong cold front was approaching from the west 

  and causing strong wind gusts. 



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.

  Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, New Point Comfort, Chesapeake Light

  Hampton Flats, The Hump, Willoughby Bay, Sewells Point, Cabbage

  Patch, Rudee Inlet, Cape Charles Harbor, 1st Island Bay Bridge,
