...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN STEELE...

SOUTHWESTERN GOODHUE AND SOUTHEASTERN RICE COUNTIES THROUGH 415 PM

CDT...



At 339 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 6

miles southwest of Kenyon, or 10 miles northeast of Owatonna, moving

northeast at 35 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Pine Island, Zumbrota, Kenyon, Wanamingo, Moland, Bombay, and Hader.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
