At 1221 PM EDT, National Weather Service doppler radar indicated

strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Midville to

near Burke County Airport, and moving east at 30 mph.



HAZARD...strong winds 45 to 55 mph.

IMPACT...Expect minor damage to tree limbs and blowing around of 

         light, unsecured objects.

Millen, Butts, Emmalane, Perkins, and Herndon.
