...THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN LINCOLN AND NORTHEASTERN 

MARATHON COUNTIES THROUGH 1245 PM CDT...



At 1219 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near

Rib Lake, or 11 miles northeast of Medford, moving east at 25 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Merrill, Council Grounds State Park, Birch Trails Girl Scout Camp,

Dutch Corners, New Wood Wildlife Area, Gleason, Dudley, Bill Cross

Rapids Wildlife Area, Otis, and Bloomville.
