...THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN WOOD...NORTHWESTERN 

PORTAGE AND SOUTHWESTERN MARATHON COUNTIES THROUGH 100 PM CDT...



At 1227 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7

miles east of Spencer, or 25 miles south of Medford, moving east at

30 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Marshfield, Weston, Rib Mountain, Mosinee, Spencer, Rothschild,

Schofield, Knowlton, Stratford, and Evergreen.
