...THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN FOREST...SOUTHWESTERN 

FLORENCE...CENTRAL MARINETTE AND SOUTHEASTERN ONEIDA COUNTIES 

THROUGH 300 PM CDT...



At 225 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8

miles southeast of Popple River, or 18 miles northeast of Crandon,

moving southeast at 30 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Rhinelander, Crandon, Goodman, Popple River, North Otter Creek

Natural Area, Crystal Lake Scout Reservation, Three Lakes, Sugar

Camp, Laona, and Nashville.
