...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN SHAWNEE...

NORTHEASTERN WABAUNSEE...EASTERN POTTAWATOMIE...SOUTHERN NEMAHA AND

WESTERN JACKSON COUNTIES THROUGH 215 AM CDT...



At 131 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along

a line extending from 4 miles northwest of Havensville to 6 miles

southwest of Onaga to near St. George. Movement was east at 30 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow 

         around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor 

         objects and vegetation is possible.



Locations impacted include...

Wamego, Holton, St. Marys, Onaga, Maple Hill, Belvue, Emmett,

Louisville, Circleville, Delia, Netawaka, Soldier, Havensville, and

Potawatomi Reservation.
