* At 1207 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Topeka, or

  near Ligonier, moving northeast at 40 mph.



  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Lagrange, Topeka, Millersburg, Shipshewana, Honeyville, Howe,
