...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 715 PM CDT

FOR NORTHWESTERN THOMAS AND RAWLINS COUNTIES...



At 627 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles northeast of

Brewster, moving north at 20 mph.



HAZARD...Two inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.



SOURCE...Law enforcement reported golf ball hail in Brewster.



IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail 

         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind 

         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.



Locations impacted include...

Atwood, Levant, Ludell, and Blakeman.



This includes Interstate 70 in Kansas between mile markers 40 and 49.
