DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 800 AM PDT (1500 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Twenty-E was located near latitude 11.9 North, longitude 121.1 West. The depression is moving toward the west-northwest near 2 mph (4 km/h). A generally slow motion with a gradual turn towards the northwestward and then northward is forecast during the next few days. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Some slight strengthening is possible over the next day or so, followed but weakening with the system forecast to become a remnant low by later this weekend.
