DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 100 PM PST (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Twenty-E was located near latitude 12.0 North, longitude 121.9 West. The depression is moving toward the west-northwest near 3 mph (6 km/h). A generally slow motion with a gradual turn towards the northwest and then north is forecast during the next few days. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Some slight strengthening is possible over the next day or so, followed by weakening with the system forecast to become a remnant low by this weekend.
