SITUATION At 0000 UTC Severe Tropical Cyclone Olga was centred within 15 nautical miles of latitude fourteen decimal four south (14.4S) longitude one hundred and nineteen decimal five east (119.5E) Recent movement : southwest at 5 knots Maximum winds : 70 knots Central pressure: 974 hPa AREA AFFECTED Within 50 nautical miles in NE quadrant and within 70 nautical miles in SE quadrant and within 70 nautical miles in SW quadrant and within 50 nautical miles in NW quadrant. FORECAST Maximum winds to 70 knots near the centre increasing to 80 knots by 1200 UTC 07 April. Winds above 64 knots within 20 nautical miles of centre until 1800 UTC with very high seas. Winds above 48 knots within 30 nautical miles of the centre with very rough seas and moderate swell.
