SITUATION At 1800 UTC Ex-Tropical Cyclone Olga was centred within 15 nautical miles of latitude twenty one decimal one south (21.1S) longitude one hundred and fourteen decimal seven east (114.7E) Recent movement : south southwest at 8 knots Maximum winds : 35 knots Central pressure: 1004 hPa AREA AFFECTED Within within 30 nautical miles in SE quadrant and within 30 nautical miles in SW quadrant FORECAST Maximum winds to 35 knots near the centre easing to 30 knots by 2100 UTC 10 April. Winds above 34 knots within 30 nautical miles in SE quadrant and within 30 nautical miles in SW quadrant until 2100 UTC 10 April, with rough seas and moderate swell.
