SITUATION
At 0600 UTC a Tropical Low was centred within 40 nautical miles of
 latitude eleven decimal seven south (11.7S)
 longitude ninety four decimal eight east (94.8E)
Recent movement : slow moving
Maximum winds   : 35 knots
Central pressure: 1001 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 120 nautical miles north of the centre.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 35 knots near the centre easing to 40 knots by 0600 UTC 10
March.

Winds above 34 knots within 120 nautical miles in NW quadrant extending to 120
nautical miles in NE quadrant from 1800 UTC 09 March with rough seas and
moderate swell.
