FORECAST Maximum winds to 35 knots near the centre increasing to 40 knots by 0000 UTC 11 March. Winds above 34 knots within 120 nautical miles in NW and NE quadrants, extending to within 150 nautical miles in NW and NE quadrants by 1200 UTC 11 March, with rough seas and moderate to heavy swell.
