SITUATION
At 1200 UTC a Tropical Low was centred within 15 nautical miles of
 latitude twelve decimal one south (12.1S)
 longitude ninety eight decimal one east (98.1E)
Recent movement : east northeast at 8 knots
Maximum winds   : 35 knots
Central pressure: 999 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 120 nautical miles north of the centre, extending to within 150 nautical
miles north of the centre by 1200 UTC 11 March.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 35 knots near the centre increasing to 40 knots by 0000 UTC 11
March.

Winds above 34 knots within 120 nautical miles in NW and NE quadrants,
extending to within 150 nautical miles in NW and NE quadrants by 1200 UTC 11
March, with rough seas and moderate to heavy swell.
