SITUATION
At 1800 UTC a Tropical Low was centred within 30 nautical miles of
 latitude twelve decimal one south (12.1S)
 longitude ninety eight decimal nine east (98.9E)
Recent movement : east at 9 knots
Maximum winds   : 40 knots
Central pressure: 999 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 150 nautical miles north of centre.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 40 knots near the centre.

Winds above 34 knots within 60 nautical miles in the NE quadrant, extending to
within 150 nautical miles by 1200 UTC 11 March,
  and within 100 nautical miles in the NW quadrant, extending to within 140
nautical miles by 1800 UTC 11 March, with rough seas and moderate to heavy
swell.
