FORECAST Maximum winds to 40 knots near the centre. Winds above 34 knots within 60 nautical miles in the NE quadrant, extending to within 150 nautical miles by 1200 UTC 11 March, and within 100 nautical miles in the NW quadrant, extending to within 140 nautical miles by 1800 UTC 11 March, with rough seas and moderate to heavy swell.
