STORM FORCE WIND WARNING

Please be aware, wind gusts can be a further 40 percent stronger than the
averages given here, and maximum waves may be up to twice the height.

SITUATION
At 0000 UTC a Tropical Low was centred within 20 nautical miles of
 latitude seventeen decimal nine south (17.9S)
 longitude one hundred and fifteen decimal two east (115.2E)
Recent movement : west southwest at 14 knots
Maximum winds   : 30 knots
Central pressure: 997 hPa
The low is expected to develop into a tropical cyclone in the next next 06 to
12 hours.

AREA AFFECTED
Within 80 nautical miles of the centre.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 30 knots near the centre increasing to 50 knots by 0000 UTC 24
February.

By 0000 UTC 24 February, winds above 48 knots within 25 nautical miles of
centre with high seas and moderate swell.

By 0600 UTC 23 February, winds above 34 knots within 30 nautical miles in NE
quadrant
  and within 60 nautical miles in SE quadrant
  and within 40 nautical miles in SW quadrant
  and within 30 nautical miles in NW quadrant with rough to very rough seas and
moderate swell.

By 0000 UTC 24 February, winds above 34 knots within 60 nautical miles in NE
quadrant
  and within 80 nautical miles in SE quadrant
  and within 70 nautical miles in SW quadrant
  and within 60 nautical miles in NW quadrant with rough to very rough seas and
moderate swell.
