SITUATION At 1200 UTC Tropical Cyclone Neville was centred within 20 nautical miles of latitude seventeen decimal seven south (17.7S) longitude one hundred and eight decimal seven east (108.7E) Recent movement : west at 9 knots Maximum winds : 50 knots Central pressure: 990 hPa AREA AFFECTED Within 40 nautical miles in NE quadrant and within 70 nautical miles in SE quadrant and within 70 nautical miles in SW quadrant and within 40 nautical miles in NW quadrant. FORECAST Maximum winds to 50 knots near the centre increasing to 70 knots by 1200 UTC 21 March. From 0000 21 March winds above 64 knots within 20 nautical miles of centre is SE and SW quadrants with high seas. Winds above 48 knots within 30 nautical miles of centre with very rough seas.
