SITUATION At 0000 UTC Severe Tropical Cyclone Neville was centred within 15 nautical miles of latitude seventeen decimal nine south (17.9S) longitude one hundred and six decimal nine east (106.9E) Recent movement : west southwest at 10 knots Maximum winds : 65 knots Central pressure: 982 hPa AREA AFFECTED Within 40 nautical miles in NE quadrant and within 70 nautical miles in SE quadrant and within 70 nautical miles in SW quadrant and within 50 nautical miles in NW quadrant. FORECAST Maximum winds to 65 knots near the centre increasing to 80 knots by 0000 UTC 22 March. Winds above 64 knots within 15 nautical miles in SE quadrant and within 15 nautical miles in SW quadrant with very high seas. Winds above 48 knots within 30 nautical miles of centre with very rough seas.
