* Tornado Warning for...

  Dickinson County in northwestern Iowa...

  Northwestern Clay County in northwestern Iowa...



* Until 430 PM CDT.



* At 406 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado

  was located near Fostoria, or 8 miles northwest of Spencer In Clay

  County, moving north at 30 mph.



  HAZARD...Tornado.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.



  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 

           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 

           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 

           damage is likely.

  Milford, Arnolds Park, Okoboji, Wahpeton, and West Okoboji around 

  410 PM CDT.

  Spirit Lake around 415 PM CDT.
