The National Weather Service in Omaha has issued a



* Tornado Warning for...

  Western Seward County in southeastern Nebraska...



* Until 245 PM CDT.



* At 155 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado

  was located near Beaver Crossing, or 15 miles southwest of Seward,

  moving north at 25 mph.



  HAZARD...Tornado and half dollar size hail.



  SOURCE...Weather spotters reported funnel cloud.



  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 

           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 

           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 

           damage is likely.



* This dangerous storm will be near...

  Beaver Crossing around 200 PM CDT.

  Goehner around 205 PM CDT.



Other locations in the path of this tornadic thunderstorm include

Staplehurst.
