The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a



* Tornado Warning for...

  Northern Newton County in north central Arkansas...



* Until 300 AM CDT.



* At 205 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm with strong low level rotation

  that could produce a tornado at any time was located 3 miles east

  of Witter, moving east at 50 mph.



  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.



  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 

           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 

           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 

           damage is likely.
