  Bath County in east central Kentucky...

  Southeastern Fleming County in east central Kentucky...

  Rowan County in east central Kentucky...



* Until 1015 AM EDT.

    

* At 940 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado

  was located over Reynoldsville, or near Owingsville, moving east at

  70 mph.



  HAZARD...Tornado.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.



  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 

           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 

           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 

           damage is likely.



* This dangerous storm will be near...

  Odessa around 945 AM EDT.

  Morehead around 950 AM EDT.

  Munson around 955 AM EDT.

  Hamm around 1000 AM EDT.
