The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a



* Tornado Warning for...

  Southeastern Brown County in southwestern Ohio...

  Central Adams County in south central Ohio...



* Until 815 PM EDT.



* At 741 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado

  was located near Manchester, moving east at 45 mph. This storm

  previously produced a tornado and may generate another tornado at

  any time.



  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.



  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 

           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 

           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 

           damage is likely.



* Locations impacted include...

  West Union, Blue Creek, Decatur, Bentonville, Dunkinsville, State

  Route 348 at State Route 125, Wamsley, and Cedar Mills.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest

floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a

mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter

and protect yourself from flying debris.
