The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a



* Tornado Warning for...

  Northwestern Callahan County in west central Texas...

  Southeastern Jones County in west central Texas...

  Northeastern Taylor County in west central Texas...

  Southwestern Shackelford County in west central Texas...



* Until 845 PM CDT.



* At 756 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado

  was located near Hodges, or near Hawley, moving southeast at 10

  mph.



  HAZARD...Tornado and baseball size hail.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.



  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 

           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 

           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 

           damage is likely.



* This dangerous storm will be near...

  Abilene, Tye, and Dyess Afb around 800 PM CDT.



Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include

Impact, Lake Fort Phantom Hill, Kirby Lake, and Stith.



This includes Interstate 20 between Mile Markers 274 and 304.
