  Southwestern Plymouth County in northwestern Iowa...

  Northwestern Dakota County in northeastern Nebraska...

  Southeastern Union County in southeastern South Dakota...



* Until 200 PM CDT.



* At 136 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado

  was located over Jackson In Dakota County, or 8 miles west of Sioux

  City, moving north at 25 mph.



  HAZARD...Tornado.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.



  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 

           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 

           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 

           damage is likely.



* This dangerous storm will be near...

  Sioux City, North Sioux City, and Jefferson around 140 PM CDT.
