  Northwestern Woodbury County in west central Iowa...

  South central Plymouth County in northwestern Iowa...

  Northeastern Dakota County in northeastern Nebraska...



* Until 215 PM CDT.



* At 146 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado

  was located over Sioux City, moving northeast at 25 mph.



  HAZARD...Tornado.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.



  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 

           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 

           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 

           damage is likely.

  Sioux City and Hinton around 150 PM CDT.
