West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph, increasing to

northwest 30 to 50 mph with gusts up to 70 mph in the afternoon.

showers. Strong winds. Visibility one quarter mile or less at

times. Lows 7 to 17. Northwest winds 35 to 55 mph with gusts up
