  Total snow accumulations of up to one inch. Winds gusting as

* WHERE...The Bering Strait Coast.



* WHEN...From 7 AM Saturday to 10 PM AKDT Sunday.



* IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could reduce visibility to one
