AFTERNOON...



* WHAT...Dense fog, light to moderate snow, and freezing drizzle

  likely. Areas of dense fog will lead to poor visibility. Snow

  accumulations on grassy and elevated surfaces up to 1 inch 

  possible. Ice accumulation up to one- tenth of an inch possible 

  in freezing drizzle.



* WHERE...South Laramie Range, South Laramie Range Foothills and 

  Central Laramie County. This includes the Interstate 80 

  Summit, Buford, Horse Creek, and Cheyenne.



* WHEN...Until 3 PM MDT this afternoon.



* IMPACTS...Plan on wet and slippery road conditions, especially 

  on bridges and overpasses. Ice accumulation is possible on 

  elevated surfaces.
