THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY MORNING...



* WHAT...Blizzard conditions possible. Visibility one quarter mile

  at times. Total snow accumulations of up to 4 inches possible. 

  Winds could gust as high as 60 mph.



* WHERE...Point Hope.



* WHEN...From Wednesday morning through late Wednesday night.



* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing 

  snow could significantly reduce visibility. The cold wind 

  chills as low as 40 below zero could cause frostbite on 

  exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
