TO 4 AM AKDT THURSDAY...



* WHAT...Blowing snow expected. Southeast winds gusting as high as

  50 mph will reduce visibility to one half mile or less at 

  times.



* WHERE...Point Hope.



* WHEN...From noon Wednesday to 4 AM AKDT Thursday.



* IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce 

  visibility. The cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could 

  cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
