* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow with low visibility expected. 

  Total snow accumulations of 1 to 6 inches. Winds gusting as high

  as 50 mph. Visibility one quarter mile or less at times. 



* WHERE...Western Arctic Coast.



* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to noon AKDT Tuesday.



* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing 

  snow could significantly reduce visibility.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow, strongest winds and

  lowest visibility are expected near Point Hope.

A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather
