* WHAT...Moderate to heavy snow rates and blowing snow at times. 

  Additional snow accumulations of up to 3 inches. Winds gusting 

  as high as 50 mph above 9500 feet.



* WHERE...Elkhead and Park Mountains and Flat Tops.



* WHEN...Until midnight MDT tonight.



* IMPACTS...Icy to snow packed road conditions and reduced 

  visibility due to blowing snow will create hazardous travel
