FORECAST
Southwesterly quarter winds 30/40 knots developing west of 121E after
032100UTC, expanding to west of 132E by 040600UTC, then shifting east of
line55S136E 64S125E by 041800UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Moderate to heavy
swell.
