Westerly quarter winds 34/40 knots initially west of 129E, then east of 120E at
170600UTC, east of 124E at 171200UTC, east of 130E at 171800UTC, then winds
easing below 34 knots throughout by 180000UTC. Rough to very rough seas.
Moderate to heavy swell.
