WSR-88D KFCX is back up and operating.  However, there are data quality issues a
nd the horizontal and vertical gain calibration and power levels.  Products eman
ating from WSR-88D KFCX should be used with caution.  It is advised that neighbo
ring office's radars (MRX,RLX,LWX,RAX,GSP,AKQ) be used to cross compare any prod
ucts from KFCX.
