Due to issues regarding the reflectivity output being degraded, we are putting t
he radar into "standby" until a Fort Hood technician can go out and reset the ra
dar. This will be a temporary fix, as they are awaiting parts. Some loss of, or 
degredation of data from this radar can be expected this week. EM WFO FWD
