GMZ200-242145- 312 AM CST Sun Jan 24 2021 .SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS... A warm front will move northward across the area early this morning. Weak easterly flow this morning will shift to south and increase to moderate levels during the afternoon. Widespread dense sea fog will continue over the bays and nearshore waters through mid-morning. Southerly flow will increase to moderate to strong tonight before a weak cold front moves through early Monday morning. Small Craft Advisory is in effect over the Gulf waters tonight into Monday morning. Winds will become weak to moderate offshore Monday behind the front. A weak to moderate northeasterly flow will persist through Tuesday night. A cold front will move offshore during the day Wednesday with moderate to strong northerly flow developing in it's wake. Small Craft Advisories conditions are possible Wednesday afternoon through early Thursday before winds begin to weaken. A weak to moderate east-northeasterly flow will continue through the end of the work week. Onshore flow returns as we head into next weekend. $$
