.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHWEST COAST...
A 998 mb low just north of Nikolski will move southeast towards 
Kodiak as a 993 mb low by Saturday morning. A 1020 mb high will 
move into the northern Bering Sea into Sunday. High pressure will
persist over the Beaufort Sea.
