.Synopsis for the far Southern CA coast... 
At 1230 AM, a 1021 mb high was located 400 nautical miles west of
Bodega Bay, CA and a 1009 mb low was centered over Blythe, CA. 
Weak to moderate onshore flow will prevail through Wednesday 
night. A coastal eddy forms Thursday morning, bringing more 
southerly flow over the coastal waters through Friday night.
Weak to moderate onshore flow returns, thereafter.
