1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A weak area of low pressure, 30.10 inches, will
traverse the central Great Lakes region today and leave a frontal
boundary stalled over the area tonight. This front will remain
nearly stationary through the weekend, as a sprawling high
pressure system builds east across southern Canada.

.REST OF TODAY...Northeast winds 5 to 10 knots. Partly sunny with
a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Waves 2 feet or less.
.TONIGHT...Northeast winds 10 to 20 knots. Mostly clear. A chance
of showers and thunderstorms early in the evening. Waves 2 feet 
or less.
.FRIDAY...Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to 20
knots late in the afternoon. Partly sunny. A chance of showers and
thunderstorms until late afternoon. Waves 2 feet or less.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...North winds 15 to 20 knots becoming northeast 10 to
15 knots after midnight. Mostly clear. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY...Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots. Clear. Waves 2 feet or
less.
.SUNDAY...Northeast winds 5 to 10 knots. Clear. Waves 2 feet or
less.
.MONDAY...Light and variable winds. Mostly clear. Waves 2 feet or
less.
