.SYNOPSIS...Elevated northerly winds (20-30 kts) will continue
through Wednesday as we reside in between a 29.50 inch low over
New England and a 30.50 inch high over central Canada. Cold air
aloft will lead to waterspout chances and extensive shower
coverage through mid-week as well.
