Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A ridge averaging 30.00 inches will gradually weaken through
today, allowing a cold front to cross the lake this evening. High
pressure ridging averaging 29.90 inches will build back over the 
lake by Wednesday and persist through the end of the week. A cold 
front will approach from the Upper Great Lakes on Saturday.
